Build Canada Homes and the Société d’habitation du Québec are advancing the next phase of their partnership to deliver nearly 2,000 new permanently affordable homes across Quebec, bringing the total partnership to close to 3,000 homes.
The partnership will support affordable and supportive housing through a combination of nonprofit housing providers, rural housing initiatives and innovative construction approaches. Nearly 75% of the new homes will be built using Modern Methods of Construction, helping deliver homes faster while supporting Canadian industry and workers.
