Call for Applications to Build Affordable Housing

The City of Toronto has launched the Call for Applications under Phase 2 of the Purpose Built Rental (PBR) Housing Incentives Scheme. This program present significant opportunities for ACCA members seeking to grow their businesses or seek employment in the residential construction sector.

The program is funded by the City of Toronto and will support shovel ready purpose-built rental housing developments that contain at least 20% of affordable rental homes.  PBR Phase two complements $1.5 billion in federal provincial funding announced for infrastructure projects in Toronto through the Development Charges Reduction Program

ACCA members interested to learn more about this project are strongly encouraged to attend the city’s virtual information session on Monday the 31st of August 2026 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM Register here now

This call for applications will close on Friday September 18th 2026 at 5:00 PM. No late applications will be accepted.
