Oseye Cohen is a dedicated Property Administration Strategist and founder of 12 Gates Property Services, a social enterprise specializing in managing vacant properties. As a certified Property Manager, Certified Mortgage Field Service Inspector, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Municipal Assessors (A.I.M.A.), Oseye upholds excellence in property value assessment, compliance, and preservation.

Currently working on her upcoming book, The Vulnerability of the Vacant Property, Oseye explores risk management strategies to protect vacant properties during high-risk periods. As a proud member of the Afro-Canadian Contractors Association (ACCA), she is committed to fostering equity and inclusion within the real estate and construction sectors.
